Taglib - abstract interface for coverart?

Hi,

by now such an interface doesn't exist unfortunatelly. There are plans 
to implement it (https://github.com/taglib/taglib/issues/94), however it 
is admittedly unlikely that this will be adressed in the near future. ;)
