1.9 soon? (I'm dying for opus support...)

So far, it looks like taglib 1.9 will be the first source of working Opus file metadata support that includes "album art" (mutagen reportedly had some sort of problem with their METADATA_BLOCK_PICTURE in vorbiscomments). Kid3 appears to have added code to support it as well "when taglib 1.9 is released". 

Any idea when the 1.9 release might happen?
