TagLib 1.7.1 released

To get this to build on Haiku I had to change <ostream> to <iostream>
in a handful of files.  You can see the patch I created here:
http://ports.haiku-files.org/browser/haikuports/trunk/media-libs/taglib/patches/taglib-1.7.1.patch?rev=1845
I'm not sure if this should be ifdef'd for __HAIKU__ or if it'd be ok
to change it to iostream for upstreaming the patch?
