MP4 covr type detection

Hi,

I've encountered an issue, with certain tag editors omitting the image type data when writing an MP4 'covr' atom. The fix / workaround is to sniff the image type based on the actual image data, which is pretty easy for PNG and JPEG. Attached patch shows what I've done so far.

Feedback / applying this would be welcome, or I can submit a Github pull request if preferred.
