Autotools support removed in trunk

FYI, TagLib 1.6.3 was the last version that had support for
autoconf/automake. Starting from 1.7, CMake is the only supported
build system. I'm planning to release 1.7 RC1 sometimes during the
next week, so package maintainers who still use the old build system
for TagLib can give CMake a try. If you know about any significant
reason why not do this, please let me know.
