If it's any help, I develop my main application in Borland but use 
taglib built under VC Express (which is free anyway) with a "wrapper" 
DLL providing the functions I need. It's not the cleanest approach by 
any means & debugging can be a bit tricky if the code in the wrapper is 
anything significant but it's a workable solution.
