Missing DLL exports

Hi all,

maybe I'm wasting my time, but now that taglib-devel seems more
active, I've decided to try separate some changes from my TagLib
version and push them "upstream", which would mean reducing the final
diff and thus less conflicts on merging for me.

Here is a simple one, that exports all missed classes to DLL. I don't
know why had the KDE guys decided to not use some of the existing
Windows ports and do it theirself (and yet only partially), but this
patch should cover all public TagLib classes and functions.

Another patches will follow shortly...
