Well, the problem was that my source tree was not a collection of
plugins, but actually a fork of TagLib which was never meant for a
public release. Now that most of changes to the core TagLib source tree
are also in TagLib SVN, I might want to reevaluate that decision and
maybe even make a public library with the extra file formats.
