Taglib Mp3 Support

Are you sure that whatever you are using to read the tags understands
id3v2.4 tags? There's quite a bit of software out there that does not
(basically anything using id3lib).

I've used both 1.3.1 and 1.4 in the past two days and my program has
generated v2 tags just fine.
