APEv2 tags

hi!

I have just tested taglib... and I'm really amazed! Finally I could get
rid of id3lib! But there's one thing still missing: I NEED APEv2 tag
support...

Is something planned to support APE tags? If not I have to implement it
into taglib myself... I would do it, but if somebody has already begun
or somebody says "NO! stop writing support for APE tags!" I cancel my
aim for implenting ape tags...
