rkwarddev 0.08-1 released

in preparation of the forthcoming RKWard release, here's rkwarddev 0.08-1:

amongst a lot of fixes and minor improvements, there are some major steps 
forward in this release:

 - JavaScript code generation is much more straight forward with the new js() 
   wrapper. it preserves "if(...){...}else{...}" conditions as well as common 
   operators like "==", ">" or "!", making your code easier to read/compare

 - existing plugin XML code can be translated into rkwarddev code (and its
   validity checked) by the new method plugin2script()

 - there are new getter/setter functions to define output characteristics, 
   like the character used for indentation globally just once
