You are trying to use a version of RKWard compiled against R < 2.14.0 with R
>= 2.14.0. This is not going to work, and essentially that is what that dependency
error is about.

Use this PPA, instead, which provided binaries of RKWard built against R 2.14.x:
https://launchpad.net/~rkward-devel/+archive/rkward-dailys-cran .
