[rkward-users] new Mac bundle

hi,

here's a new bundle package of RKWard for Mac OS X:

if you have the opportunity to test it on a machine where RKWard wasn't 
installed before, feedback would be greatly appreciated! this bundle tries to 
automate all the things you had to do manually after the installation of 
previous bundles, so if all went well, RKWard should now work right away.

it also addresses a MIME type problem earlier bundles suffered from. if these 
new magic postinstall tweaks don't work, please try the troubleshooting 
section in the updated README.MacOSX file, and yell at me.
