the just released version 0.5.7 supports a new method to enhance RKWard with
external plugins, as well as a new way of generating those plugins. i took the
liberty of writing one for ANOVAs. it's not perfect, but can easily be
improved. if you'd like to have look, here's how you get it:

 - make sure you have RKWard >= 0.5.7 installed
 - "settings" -> "configure packages" -> "install/update/remove" tab
   -> look for the package "rk.ANOVA" amongst "new packages"

this package is the ANOVA plugin (that is, external RKWard plugins are now
simple R packages). once you've installed it, you should find three additional
dialogs in the menus:
 - "analysis" -> "ANOVA"
 - "analysis" -> "means" -> "t-tests" -> "pairwise t-tests"
 - "plots" -> "interaction plot"
   ("generic plot options" don't work yet)

note however, that the plugin depends on ezANOVA() (package "ez") for the
ANOVAs, which might take some time to install as it has in turn some
dependencies (and currently also a bug causing it to fail for pure between
designs...).

for those interested, the plugin sources also include the R script that
created the whole plugin (using the new rkwarddev package).

comments and suggestions welcome!
