well, I guess that label is a bit misleading...

Back in the very early days of RKWard, the communication with the R backend 
was file-based, and those files did resemble logfiles to some degree. That was a 
long time ago, but I've never updated the description.

In reality it's a sort of general purpose storage diretory. The output file is 
kept, there (+ output graphs), and it also serves as a temporary directory for 
downloading R packages, etc.

I'll need to change the label...
