Hi Kenneth:

I don't know what version of RKWard you are using, but in 0.5.0d (the latest)
you can change the encoding of the current script in: Edit -> Tools Move ->
Encoding.

You can also change the default encoding for *all* the files you load/save in
Settings -> Configure editor -> Open/Save -> General -> File Format -> Encoding.

It's nearly the same in RKWard 0.4.9b (KDE3).
