Hi rkward developers.

I want to know if it is possible to add an option so I can edit
compile and work with windows (ISO-8859-15) coded files.

Right now you can "save as.." with a different codification than UTF-8,
but you can not edit again the same saved file, because the editor
complain about the codification but do not let you to change
the codification or use the windows codification.

I would like to have the option to work with windows (ISO-8859-15) 
codification because I interchange a lot of R scripts with people that
use windows and do not have editors that understand UTF-8 codification.
