RKWard | Reword how the (GUI) translations are shipped (!2)

Use the ki18n and kdoctools cmake macros to install the translated content, so we can properly:
- ship and install the GUI messages (i.e. `rkward.po` only)
- ship and install the translated documentations, which so far haven't been shipped at all

This does not touch the plugins translations (i.e. `rkward__foo.po` files), which are still shipped and installed as before.
