Summary: .deb postinst and postrm script generate warning

Initial Comment:
The postinst, and postrm scripts in debian 
generate a warning on R >= 2.2.x. This is due to 
the option --htmllists. This option needs to be 
removed/replaced.

Fixed. A call to build-help.pl is no longer needed.
