missing menus in macOS

hi,

a student of mine discovered that RKWard 0.7.4 with R 4.2 is losing its main 
menus on macOS catalina.

it was reproducible by opening RKWard and then do "create -> script file". 
this removes every menu except "RKWard". on other occasions, only the data, 
analysis and plot menus were missing, in addition the import and export file 
menus below file remained empty.
