Kate plugins - running without installing

I believe it happens, when the projects tool view gets created, while
the file manager view is already open (such as when you open a first
file belonging to a "project"). I've also seen this happen when moving
tool views around, but never bothered to debug it, properly.

Huh? There is a kate console plugin, but we're not loading that, yet.
And I have no idea where else a linux console could be coming from. Any
idea what you did to make that happen?
