Kate plugins - running without installing

Hi!

Two quick notes about the current development version of RKWard:

1) RKWard can now load ate plugins. As of now, "Search in Files",
"Snippets", and "Projects" are hard-coded to be loaded (if they are
available), so this brings quite a few strong new features, right there.

A bunch of further plugins are available, but I'll need to add a
settings page to configure which plugins to load.

One thing to look out for when testing these new features is the
placement of menu items. I'm not quite sure about the best approach,
here, but e.g. I have merged the "Projects" and "Tools" top level menus
into "Edit". There is also the question, whether actions provided by
plugins should be visible *all* of the time, or only while the
corresponding plugin tools windows are active.

2) If you want to give the above a try, this has just become another
step easier on Linux / BSD: You can now run RKWard directly from the
build tree, without "sudo make install". This way you can even test the
development version in parallel to a regularly installed version of
RKWard (do note that the config is shared, however).

Regards
Thomas
