issue with completion for S4 objects

New completion now in master, starting to look goo, IMO. This includes:
- Formals()-calltip is now handled by the same framework (unified look)
- Object name completion
- Filename completion (if current "symbol" starts with a quote)
- Argument name completion (while typing a function call)
- Tab-key for partial completion (and more reliable than existing
  partial completions in the console)

This does not include, yet:
- Completion in the console
- Configuration options
