rkwarddev cleans up

hi,

just to let you know, rkwarddev has a new default behaviour: when it scans for 
variables to define in the JavaScript code, it now checks if a variable is 
actually being used anywhere in the code, and only declares it if that is 
true. you can turn this off (for debugging, or if it causes unexpected 
problems), but with the scripts i tested it worked really great.
