KF5 port doesn't start

i think i covered this one with a commit yesterday:
 https://community.kde.org/Frameworks/Porting_Notes#Application

needed to reconfigure the starter (it disappeared during the package update), 
but apart from that it works just fine on my machine, both compiled locally 
and using the PPA packages.
