new bundle script

hi,

i've improved the MacPorts script to make it easier to build RKWard (and 
bundle it) on OS X. just tested on a josemite machine (prerequisites: CRAN R, 
Xcode incl. command line developer tools, PackageMaker.app for bundling):

 update_bundle.sh -G        # setup build environment (/opt/git, /opt/ports)
 update_bundle.sh -F 2.3.4  # install MacPorts to /opt/rkward
 update_bundle.sh -Dbr      # build RKWard from git master with dependencies

so, this script can be used to bootstrap the whole OS X build stuff. you find 
it in the macports directory of the RKWard sources in git master, and running 
this script should be all you need.
