I did not apply this one. The point is to make sure that KDE is properly 
initialized _before_ starting RKWard. On most system this is not needed, but 
on some it seems to be required. If KDE is already initialized, this is very 
fast, anyway.

I have applied this in the development version (i.e. the basis for coming 
releases). In effect, the command shell window closes when the RKWard window 
comes up. Thanks!
