Essentially that means, you specified an invalid setting at Settings-

True, the settings dialog could provide some error checking, here, or perhaps 
only offer "." and "," in the first place. However, the error is not really 
harmful. If the specified value is illegal, you will get ".".

We've had a lot of small problems with the argument hints showing in 
unreadable colors. Probably the box is not without text, really, but shows 
black text on a black background or something similar. Could you please try 
whether you still see the problem in the development version of RKWard? See 
http://p.sf.net/rkward/svn for information. For Ubuntu users it's really easy 
to try the development version, as all you need to do is add a PPA. If you're 
using a different distribution and you have trouble with the instructions, 
please let us know.
