good you mentioned that, it obviously didn't cross my mind yet.

i'm already working on that ;-) the nicest outcome would be nested <ul>s, but 
that would need much more complex JavaScript to get the levels right. 
therefore, at the moment i'm working on simple indentation depending on the 
header level.

however, i can't promise i'll come up with a working collapse/expand solution, 
as i don't see yet how to accomplish that...
