Thanks for your report. This is a known bug in the KDE libraries: 
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=296622 . The issue should be fixed in 
upcoming versions of KDE. Until you get a chance to upgrade, the only solution 
is to avoid right-clicking on the tool bar.
