try again:
 - there's now the new function
   .rk.find.package.pluginmaps(lib.path, package, all.maps=FALSE)
   if you prefer to see all pluginmaps, try "all.maps=TRUE"
 - i tried to improve .rk.get.installed.packages() in two ways:
   - grepl() is skipped if "Enhances" is NA
   - .rk.find.package.pluginmaps() is only called on enhancing packages
