No use:

veteran:/import/valen/install # rpm -Uhv rkward-0.5.3-1.fc13.x86_64.rpm
error: Failed dependencies:
        php-cli is needed by rkward-0.5.3-1.fc13.x86_64

...and I can't find a PHP CLI RPM for openSuSE. :-(
