I think I can see what's wrong (though for some reason it worked with R 
2.10.0, here). I'll prepare a -pre2 release in a minute (it may take a few 
hours to appear on the server, though; of course you can also use the SVN 
version). Could you test again with that?

This may (or may not) be fixed as well.

As long as you don't get a message about that on startup, your installation 
should be fine.
