As far as I can see, all plugins using xtable are already fixed to use 
rk.results (thanks!). I don't know, why rk.print() (which is really just 
HTML() from R2HTML) no longer works nicely with xtable. However, rk.results 
is meant for table-like output anyway, so I think this is fine as is.
