Oh, one more thing, I forgot:
Shouldn't the include.lowest and right parameters logically be part of the 
$histbreaksoptions? After all, these affect the way the group counts are 
calculated, not just the way the graph is plotted (and probably they don't 
have any effect in the plot.histogram() stage). Maybe it would be better to 
also rename $histbreaksoptions to $histcalcoptions or something like that, 
then.
