[RkWard-devel] new export plugin

I have updated the "Export (new) plugin" based on previous discussions. Thomas 
let me know if this looks fine (apart of 'inches' discomfort!). I have kept 
some of the previous <logic> statements commented in the xml file which will 
removed when the current setup is agreed upon.

I was wondering is there a way to let the user be aware of the directory where 
the file is being saved. When RkWard is started from K-menu, this is the 
$HOME directory, otherwise this is the directory from where rkward was 
started using command line. I have mentioned this is the help file, but it 
would be nice if we can display it on the GUI somehow. Some more comments on 
a related issue in the next mail.
