Hi list,

I did a some changes to several plug-ins

1) There is a new menu entry from now on called "Analysis->Moments" (of course 
in under_development.pluginmap)

2) All test available from the moments package are now available in RKWard 
(including help files).

3) D'Angostino Skewness test moved to Moments (reasonable since this test 
belongs to the momens package) and a bug is fixed ("transformation z" was 
stripped from result). Since I changed so stuff I put it for the moment also 
in under_development.pluginmap)

4) There is a new Page (help system) called "Trouble Shooting". I consider 
this as a test and hope to get some feed back from you.  The idea behind this 
is that users find information about only few annoying issues (10 or so) in 
RKWard which are actually no issues of RKWard but R or so. Less entries are 
faster to read than to search something in a huge help system. 


Minor things:

* Wilcoxon test got it's help file
* I think some of my help files have code errors (at lest I get some entries 
in the console).
* something that I forgot to mention ... but what?
