[RkWard-devel] Second preview release of 0.4.7

Hi all,

the second preview release of RKWard is available at: 
http://rkward.sourceforge.net/temp/rkward-0.4.7pre2.tar.gz . Please download 
it, and test as much as you can find the time to.

Translators: Now is a good time to start your translation updates (based on 
the .po files in the preview release or in current SVN). Your translations 
are due no later than next Monday, the 9th of April. If you have already sent 
in an updated translation since the pre1 release, no changes should be 
necessary, but please second-check this, just to make sure.

Plugin writers: A release branch has been created, and the main SVN branch is 
open for new features again. The usual procedure (placing new plugins in 
under_development.pluginmap, and listing them on 
http://rkward.sourceforge.net/wiki/index.php?title=Development_Status_of_Plugins) 
applies. In addition, please do the following when committing:
- For changes that you feel should be added to the 0.4.7 release, please 
prefix your commit message with "FOR 0.4.7"
- For changes that should not be added to the 0.4.7 release, please prefix 
your commit message with "NOT FOR 0.4.7"
This will make it much easier for me to merge the relevant changes into the 
release branch.
Also, please consider working some on the release branch (testing, 
writing/correcting documentation), instead of focusing solely on new 
features.

The targetted release date is Tuesday, April 10, but a minor delay is not 
unlikely, as I'm fairly busy at the moment.
