ok, well maybe this is a more reasonable approach. I wouldn't hide the command
log, though. It shouldn't pop up quite as often by default, however.

Well, probably those secondary consoles are not terribly useful to most. But
you'd only ever get those, when asking for them explicitely. It simply
occured to me when thinking about the original problem, that this would be
very easy to add. But maybe they would do more harm than good...
