yes, it did. Actually a pretty interesting bug: There was a race condition 
during initialization. It got triggered, when the "No plugins found" dialog 
was shown (as then the GUI thread would make a pause).

I've uploaded a new version, containing this fix, and some small other things 
(among others, a better mechanism to guess the default location of 
the .pluginmap-file) to the same location:

Hope this one does not crash quite as quickly.
