Kdenlive dependencies "exception"

My distro luckily does have them already, but if I look at 
https://repology.org/project/kddockwidgets/badges and 
https://repology.org/project/mlt/badges I'm not very enthusiastic.
Granted, they are not the most complicated dependencies to get up to date, 
but I'd expect at least some distros not to ship the beta of kdenlive.

It sounds squeezed, but if the MRs were pushed yesterday we wouldn't even 
have this conversation.
So, in my personal opinion, you know best what you were to loose without 
the new dependencies, but if you go for it, please make it work (including 
CI) until the beta tarballs are due (November 13).
