Kdenlive dependencies "exception"

Hi All,

We want to make 2 dependencies updates for Kdenlive 25.12.0.
Deadline is today for KDE Gear 25.12, but we are waiting for the CI to update 
the images so that it does not break.

The dependencies are:

* MLT 7.34.1
* KDDockWidgets 2.4.0

The MLT update fixes compatibility with FFmpeg 8, and since distros are 
begining to switch to it, we really want this to avoid the app breaking on 
these distros.

The KDDockWidgets update fixes the display of tab bars and allows a nice extra 
feature (docking to side bars).

Both versions were released very recently because we asked the maintainers to 
release a version before Kdenlive's dep freeze.

Is that ok for you if we wait a few more days before merging the dependency 
updates ? Worst case, we merge today and the CI is broken for Kdenlive for a 
few days, but we really would like to have them in.
