KDE Applications rename to KDE Apps Bundle

I think we're getting close to the core of the issue.
There were reasons to create the name in the past but times have
changed and we should probably look at what we actually want to
achieve with the name and concept now and if that still matches:
* Where do we want to use the name and concept?
* What exactly do we want to achieve with it?
* Who is supposed to use it?
If we have that straightened our then I think agreeing on a name
change or even abandoning the concept altogether is easier.
