KDE Applications 19.04.0 packages available for packagers

Umbrello has a unique doc hierarchy in which they have

doc/somedocs_here
doc/apphelp/somedocs_here

The pack.sh script gets confused by that, for apps that have multiple docs it works much better if they are like

doc/bla/somedocs_here
doc/ble/somedocs_here

like for example kate

We could try improving the setupDOCTranslations or we could try convincing the umbrello people.

Luigi you wrote setupDOCTranslations i think, what do you say?
