KDE Applications 19.04.0 packages available for packagers

Hello packagers,

*.tar.xz files are available at the usual "stable" location.

Many changes in kdenlive, please give it a good test.


Known issues:

* Umbrello translation packaging errors:
   (for LANG in ca de es nl pt sv uk):
   cp: cannot stat 
'/home/pkgapplications/release-tools/l10n5/$LANG/docs/./kdesdk/umbrello'$'\n''./kdesdk/umbrello/apphelp/*': 
No such file or directory

Someone familiar with l10n setup is needed to investigate.


Please report issues, release is next week, Apr 18th.
