KDE Applications 19.03.90 (19.04-rc) packages available for packagers

Hello packagers,

*.tar.xz files are available at the usual "unstable" location.

Many changes since the beta, please test thoroughly.


Known issues:

* Umbrello translation packaging errors:
   (for LANG in ca de es nl pt sv uk):
   cp: cannot stat 
'/home/pkgapplications/release-tools/l10n5/$LANG/docs/./kdesdk/umbrello'$'\n''./kdesdk/umbrello/apphelp/*': 
No such file or directory

* Akonadi got a very important fix in an inlined method.
   It is required to recompile the complete KDEPIM stack.

* Kdenlive's build system tries to download "rttr" from github
   if it cannot be found locally.
   It is recommended to install it locally before building.
