Exception request for https://phabricator.kde.org/D10558

Hello release team!
The Kubuntu team would like to release the upcoming Kubuntu 18.04 with a 
version of Dolphin that includes the behavior introduced in 
https://phabricator.kde.org/D10558. Since 18.04 will include KDE 
Applications 17.12.x, this change would need to go into the stable 
branch or else we'll need to patch Dolphin. It's a minor change, and 
easy to test.

May we have an exception?
