RfC: move Kremotecontrol to unmaintained

I'd wait a bit, ideally we do an inventory of all kdelibs4-based, send an 
email to kde-devel saying this will go away in N months, wait for someone to 
show up and maybe port it, and if not it goes away in N months.

Anyone volunteering for the inventory tasks? (should be like 5 minutes really)

As for cuotout date, i'd say 1st November? People want it earlier? Later?
