It's dead.

Well, technically all of its contents are still maintained, except for 
kdepasswd.
unmaintained is for stuff that can be resurrected/picked-up,
which makes no sense for soon-old kdialog|keditbookmarks|kfind|konqueror.

How was it done for kdepim?
