Plasma-workspace has an optional dependency on an unreleased version of prison

Hi, 

Can anyone indicate what the status is of Prison and if there will be a 
release soon of the latest version.  

At this moment plasma-workspace has an optional dependency on prison version 
5.25, but this version was never released and only exist in the master git 
branch of prison. 

I believe that also the PIM suite has an optional dependency on this library, 
so it would be great if this could be part of the next Frameworks release.
